There is no shared, public view of where NS is headed (population, GDP, real-estate footprint) or what is being worked on right now. Without it, the community cannot align or contribute.
Why it happens
No comms owner. Building in public feels slow, so it keeps getting deferred, and the hidden attention tax of un-channeled asks keeps growing.
