No public changelog of what is shipping
Summary
Improvements happen but almost nobody hears about them. A steady public log (compare changelog.shopify.com) would build trust and momentum and make progress legible.
Why it happens
There is no habit or surface for shipping out loud. Wins stay invisible, so the community underestimates how much is actually getting done.
